Oil Summary: Our organic RSPO Palm fruit Oil is extracted from the fruit of the palm tree oil, it has been refined, and deodorized. It is also sourced sustainably and has certification from Roundtable of Sustainable Palm Oil. It is also referred to as palm shortening due to additional processing steps the refined palm oil goes through. No chemical is used for refining process and naturally solid at room temperature. Palm fruit oil is naturally high in lauric acid in saturated fatty acids and is widely used in cooking. Palm oil is used for preventing vitamin A deficiency, cancer, brain disease, and aging. It is also used to treat malaria, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, dementia, and cyanide poisoning. Palm Oil restores hydration to dry skin, preventing further dryness by sealing in moisture.
