Information submitted via phone/fax/online order, contact us page or subscription will not be shared with any company(ies).
Credit cards accepted are: VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Diners Club, Discover and JCB.
We do not store your credit card information in our system, neither as soft copy nor hard copy.
For all online orders, when a customer is entering credit card information, that information including ccv is only visible to our credit card company processor and/or CardConnect. Our website only receives order details with personal information of the customer.
All email or phone orders, the link we send for making payment is from our card company processor and the credit card information is not transmitted to us. We only receive notification from CardConnect when the payment is completed after credit card authorization.
We may request credit card information and customer’s identification for validation to deter fraudulent transactions for online, email and phone orders regardless of order amount but once validated we shred the card information digitally and mechanically, if latter is produced on paper. If we don’t receive response to our request and we are unable to verify then the order is subject to cancelation.
