International Export Policy
Thank you for choosing Uhrohmuh. We ship our products globally, but because international trade regulations vary significantly by destination, please review our export conditions below before placing your order.
1. Payment Terms & Order Limits
Orders Under $500: Small-size international orders can generally be processed via credit card, subject to country-specific restrictions and standard credit card verification.
Orders Over $500: Large-size international orders require a direct bank wire/money transfer in advance.
Identity Verification: To protect against fraud, we reserve the right to request a copy of a valid government-issued ID to verify the billing address for all credit card purchases.
Prepayment Required: All orders must be fully paid in advance, including the cost of goods, shipping, freight, and insurance.
2. Shipping & Carrier Logistics
Carrier Restrictions: All international parcel shipping is handled strictly via FedEx International Economy or FedEx Priority. We do not support DHL or alternative carriers at this time.
Pricing Terms (EXW): All prices displayed on our website are Ex Works (EXW) unless you use our online shipping calculator to estimate final shipping costs. The customer assumes full responsibility for all shipping and forwarding charges.
Compliance & Legal Documentation: We strictly follow legal trade practices. We will not manipulate commercial invoices or alter item values for import purposes, so please do not request adjustments.
3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Important Note on Compliance: Every country operates under unique import rules and regulations. We strongly recommend that you research your local import guidelines, expected customs fees, and clearance procedures before finalized purchases.
Customer Responsibility: While we provide all necessary standard paperwork required to export from our facilities, clearing customs and paying any related import charges is the sole responsibility of the customer. This includes local sales tax, VAT, state taxes, and other regulatory fees.
Estimated Duty Deposits: In some instances, couriers deliver international shipments without collecting duties at the door and bill the shipper later. To prevent unexpected delays or charges, Uhrohmuh may request an estimated duties and taxes deposit prior to shipment.
4. Deposit Reconciliations & Refunds
If an advance customs deposit is requested for your order, it will be handled as follows:
Direct Payment to Courier: If the courier collects duties directly from you upon delivery, simply provide valid proof of payment to us. Once verified, your previously collected deposit will be promptly refunded.
Automatic Reconciliation: If no proof of payment is provided, we will reconcile the actual charges once we receive the courier’s final invoice. Because international shipping billing cycles can take time, please allow up to 90 days for final deposit reconciliation and processing of any applicable refunds.
5. International Returns & Samples
Return Shipping Costs: All international returns are completed entirely at the customer’s expense.
Sample Testing: Due to the high cost of international return freight, we strongly advise international clients to purchase and test a small sample before committing to a large bulk quantity.
Company Errors: If we make an error and ship the wrong product, Uhrohmuh will take full responsibility and cover the costs to rectify the situation.
