Returns and Exchanges

Handling Time:

• All orders (4 oz or less) received after 10 am EST cut-off time will ship the next day, orders (4 oz or less) received by 10 am EST will be shipped the same day.
• Larger quantity requires additional handling time to prepare the shipment and in most cases can be shipped within 24 hours but up to 48 hours of handling time is our guideline.
• Bulk quantity and special order quantity will be processed within 5 business days.

Cancellation:

• If for some reason the order needs to be canceled then no shipping charge will apply if the order is not shipped out, once shipped, we’ll be unable to refund the shipping charges.
• Customers will also need to pay shipping charges to return the product.

Refunds and Exchanges:

• uh*Roh*Muh will pay for return shipping if we made a mistake in shipping the wrong product and will ship replacement at our cost.
• Customer satisfaction is important to us. If the quality of the product did not meet your expectation then you can ship the item back to us within 30 days, please request for return authorization or it can exchanged for equivalent value oil.
• Due to low margins on our products, we are unable to provide free returns in most cases but we’ll work with our customer on case-by-case basis and will attempt make free returns as much as possible.
• Re-stocking fee of 15% may apply if more than 10% of the product is used.
• We advise customers buying or intending to buy large quantity to try out a sample from the batch before ordering a large quantity.

Container, closure and cap – Refunds and Exchanges:

• uh*Roh*Muh will pay for return shipping if we made a mistake in shipping the wrong product and will ship replacement at our cost.
• Customer satisfaction is important to us but regrettably returns or exchanges are not allowed in this product category due to organic certification policy.
• Customers are required to test for compatibility of their product before purchase. No refunds or exchanges will be allowed in this product category.
