This is the perfect sweetener for essential oil blends. Benzoin, peru balsam, copaiba resin and amyris combo makes a nice vanilla absolute replacement. Due to poor crop conditions in Madagascar, vanilla absolute production is very cost prohibitive and mass produce. Thus you have to fake it until you make it.
